Jo-Ann and her faithful companion, Simon, took part in the 10k run during Bragg Creek Days
on July 19, 2009.  Some people thought Simon did all the work
and Jo-Ann just went along for the ride...pictures don't lie!

Banded Peak Challenge

Lisa would like to extend her thanks to everyone for their support and generous donations to Camp Horizion - Easter Seals Campaign during the Banded Peak Challenge.  Lisa and Mark took a few minutes at the top to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

After completing the Banded Peak Challenge the previous day,
Lisa thought nothing about taking part in the race the next day.
Joined by her husband Mark (in the white shirt), and another friend,
they all crossed the finish line in no time flat!
Yes...she beat him!
