FITNESS CLASSES


CORE CLASS
6 Week Intervals 
First class begins September 20th to October 25th, 2010
Every Monday from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm
Maximum 5 Participants


Core class emphasizes strength and stability.  We will focus on improving your stabilization of the pelvis, low back and shoulders.  There will be plenty of exercises that will target your core as well as strengthen your gluts, hamstrings, core muscles, lower traps, pects and triceps.  Balls, wobble boards, sit-fits, Bosu balls, the Fitter, stones, medicine balls, & elastic tubing will provide plenty of entertainment and challenges.

FUNCTIONAL STRENGTHENING
6 Week Intervals 
First class begins September 22nd to October 27th, 2010
Every Wednesday from 1:15 pm to 2:15 pm
Maximum 5 Participants


The functional strengthening class is a fun, dynamic, all encompassing and VERY intense workout that will last an hour.  Following a good warm up, you will move through multiple stations performing as many repetitions as possible with as much weight as you can safely lift.  Exercises are functional, multi-joint & will change from week to week.

As with any fitness program, success hinges on commitment & motivation.  You must be prepared to give all your effort for each class.  A class format can be fun & motivating.

Space is limited, so be sure to call  or come in to register.

FEES:

6 Weeks - 1 class per week = $50.40

6 Weeks - 2 classes per week = $92.40
